من نحن
"موازن المحفظة" أداة مجانية بسيطة، هدفها مساعدتك على متابعة توزيع محفظتك الاستثمارية (أسهم، صناديق مؤشرات، ذهب، عملات رقمية، عقارات، نقد) مقابل النسب المستهدفة اللي حددتها لنفسك، ومعرفة إذا كنت محتاج تشتري أو تبيع لإعادة التوازن.
بنينا الأداة عشان تكون بسيطة وسريعة وخاصة تمامًا: كل البيانات اللي بتدخلها — أسماء الأصول، القيم، النسب المستهدفة — بتتخزن فقط داخل متصفحك أنت (LocalStorage)، ومفيش أي حاجة بترفع لأي خادم أو قاعدة بيانات. معناها إن محفظتك تفاصيلها متعرفهاش غيرك.
إخلاء مسؤولية
الأداة دي أداة حسابية تعليمية بس، ومش نصيحة استثمارية أو مالية. القرارات الاستثمارية الفعلية لازم تكون بعد استشارة مستشار مالي مرخّص، وإحنا مش مسؤولين عن أي قرار استثماري تاخده بناءً على الأرقام اللي الأداة بتحسبها.

About Us
Portfolio Rebalancer is a free, simple tool built to help you track your investment portfolio's allocation (stocks, ETFs, gold, crypto, real estate, cash) against the target weights you set for yourself, and instantly see whether you need to buy or sell to rebalance.
We built it to be fast, simple, and fully private: every piece of data you enter — asset names, values, target weights — is stored only inside your own browser (LocalStorage). Nothing is ever uploaded to any server or database. Your portfolio details stay yours alone.

البيانات اللي بتدخلها في الأداة
كل البيانات اللي بتدخلها في أداة "موازن المحفظة" — أسماء الأصول، القيم المالية، النسب المستهدفة، إعدادات العملة — بتتخزن فقط داخل متصفحك أنت، باستخدام تقنية LocalStorage. مفيش أي جزء من البيانات دي بيتبعت لأي خادم أو قاعدة بيانات أو طرف تالت. لو مسحت بيانات المتصفح، أو استخدمت جهاز/متصفح تاني، البيانات مش هتكون موجودة، لأننا مش بنحتفظ بأي نسخة منها عندنا.
ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) والإعلانات
الموقع ده بيستخدم خدمة بلوجر (Blogger) من جوجل لاستضافة المحتوى، وممكن يعرض إعلانات من خلال Google AdSense. جوجل وشركاؤها الإعلانيون ممكن يستخدموا ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) لعرض إعلانات مبنية على زياراتك السابقة لهذا الموقع أو مواقع تانية. تقدر توقف الإعلانات المخصصة من خلال إعدادات الإعلانات في جوجل.
مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف خارجية
إحنا مش بنجمع، ومش بنبيع، ومش بنشارك أي بيانات شخصية أو بيانات محفظتك الاستثمارية مع أي طرف خارجي، لأن الأداة أصلًا مصممة تشتغل بدون أي اتصال بالإنترنت لتخزين البيانات.
تعديلات على السياسة
ممكن نعدّل سياسة الخصوصية دي من وقت للتاني. أي تعديل هيتنشر في نفس الصفحة دي مع تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" فوق.

Data you enter into the tool
Everything you enter into the Portfolio Rebalancer tool — asset names, values, target weights, currency settings — is stored only inside your own browser, using LocalStorage. None of this data is ever sent to any server, database, or third party. If you clear your browser data, or use a different device or browser, that data will no longer be available, because we never keep a copy of it ourselves.
Cookies and advertising
This site is hosted using Google's Blogger service and may display ads through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings.
Sharing data with third parties
We do not collect, sell, or share any personal data or portfolio data with any third party — the tool is designed from the ground up to work without ever sending your data anywhere.

قبول الشروط
باستخدامك لأداة "موازن المحفظة"، فإنك توافق على شروط الاستخدام دي. لو معندكش موافقة على أي بند فيها، الأفضل إنك متستخدمش الأداة.
طبيعة الخدمة
"موازن المحفظة" أداة حسابية مجانية لمساعدتك على متابعة توزيع محفظتك الاستثمارية وحساب توزيع الإيداعات الجديدة. الأداة بتشتغل بالكامل داخل متصفحك، وكل الحسابات بتتم محليًا من غير أي اتصال بخادم خارجي.
إخلاء مسؤولية — مش نصيحة مالية
كل الأرقام والنتائج اللي الأداة بتطلعها هي نتايج حسابية بناءً على البيانات اللي أنت بنفسك بتدخلها، ومفيش ضمان لدقتها أو ملاءمتها لظروفك المالية. الأداة دي مش بديل عن استشارة مستشار مالي أو استثماري مرخّص، وإحنا مش مسؤولين عن أي خسارة أو قرار استثماري يترتب على استخدام الأداة.
مسؤوليتك تجاه بياناتك
بما إن كل البيانات بتتخزن محليًا في متصفحك فقط (من غير أي نسخة احتياطية عندنا)، فإنت المسؤول الوحيد عن عمل نسخة احتياطية لبياناتك (عن طريق ميزة "تصدير JSON" المتاحة في الإعدادات) لو حابب تحافظ عليها من الفقدان بسبب مسح بيانات المتصفح أو تغيير الجهاز.
حدود الاستخدام المقبول
مينفعش تستخدم الأداة في أي نشاط غير قانوني، أو تحاول إعادة هندستها بقصد إلحاق الضرر بالخدمة أو بمستخدمين تانيين.
الملكية الفكرية
تصميم الأداة والكود بتاعها ملك لمالك الموقع، إلا لو تم النص على غير كده. مسموح لك تستخدم الأداة للاستخدام الشخصي، لكن مش مسموح بإعادة نشرها أو بيعها كما هي من غير إذن.
تعديلات على الشروط

Portfolio Rebalancer is a free calculation tool that helps you track your investment portfolio's allocation and plan new deposit distributions. The tool runs entirely inside your browser, and every calculation happens locally with no connection to any external server.

Every number and result the tool produces is a calculation based on the data you yourself enter, with no guarantee of accuracy or suitability for your financial circumstances. Your responsibility for your data
Because all data is stored only locally in your browser (with no backup copy kept by us), you are solely responsible for backing up your data (using the "Export JSON" feature in Settings) if you want to protect it from loss due to clearing browser data or switching devices.

You may not use the tool for any unlawful activity, or attempt to reverse-engineer it with intent to harm the service or other users.
Intellectual property
