By using the Portfolio Rebalancer tool, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the tool.
Nature of the service
Portfolio Rebalancer is a free calculation tool that helps you track your investment portfolio's allocation and plan new deposit distributions. The tool runs entirely inside your browser, and every calculation happens locally with no connection to any external server.
Disclaimer — not financial advice
Every number and result the tool produces is a calculation based on the data you yourself enter, with no guarantee of accuracy or suitability for your financial circumstances. This tool is not a substitute for advice from a licensed financial or investment advisor, and we are not responsible for any loss or investment decision resulting from use of the tool.
Your responsibility for your data
Because all data is stored only locally in your browser (with no backup copy kept by us), you are solely responsible for backing up your data (using the "Export JSON" feature in Settings) if you want to protect it from loss due to clearing browser data or switching devices.
Acceptable use
You may not use the tool for any unlawful activity, or attempt to reverse-engineer it with intent to harm the service or other users.
Intellectual property
The tool's design and code are owned by the site owner unless otherwise stated. You may use the tool for personal use, but may not republish or resell it as-is without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms of use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this same page, with the "Last updated" date above revised accordingly. Continuing to use the tool after a change means you accept it.
